I found this recipe on Ketoconnect.net and had to give it a try. This is probably the best Keto Bread I ever had. It’s really fluffy and the Stevia tones down the egg flavour. I did use the Cream of Tartar but it’s totally optional. As my mom in law says “finally a recipe that does not include weird shit”.

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. Separate egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites together with Cream of Tartar until you get soft peaks.
3. In a mixing bowl (or a food processor) combine the egg yolks,1/3 of the beaten egg whites, melted butter, stevia, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
4.Start adding the almond flour to the egg yolk mixture 1/4 cup at a time until all 1 and 1/2 cup is in and well combined.
5. Add the rest of the egg whites and mix very gently until fully incorporated.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased (buttered) loaf pan. It could be 8×4, or 9×5. They both work.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Check with toothpick, if it comes out clean, the bread is cooked through.
